Additional Inspection Services
Pre-Listing Inspection
We can also provide a full inspection of an RV that you are currently trying to sell. Gathering knowledge about existing defects before you negotiate a transaction will give you time to arrange repairs and upgrades if necessary—building trust with prospective buyers and helping to prevent tedious delays or a completely stalled sale.
Safety Inspections
This inspection service will focus on several of the RVs critical systems and individual components that must be in good condition in order for the vehicle to be deemed safe for travel and as a functional living space. From gas and exhaust detection, to determining whether or not the tires are at safe pressure, we’ll help you gain peace of mind with the condition of your current or prospective investment.
Fluid Analysis
An RV is a hefty investment, and it’s important to take every step possible to keep it running safely and efficiently, minimizing the risk of mechanical failure. For this inspection service, we’ll conduct a full fluid analysis on the motorized components—providing a comprehensive lab report that will give valuable insights about the condition of the engine, generator, and numerous other components. Fluids that will be analyzed include: engine oil, coolant, transmission oil, generator oil & coolant, hydraulic systems, and hydronic heating systems.
Maintenance Assistance
Owner and inspector Rick Root is a certified RV Technician, and he’ll be more than happy to help you come up with an annual maintenance strategy—or to help you carry out the physical tasks themselves. He will patiently guide you through existing issues he identifies, working with you on an individual basis to make sure that the maintenance needs are taken care of so that you can ultimately walk away knowing that your investment is in tip-top shape.
New Owner Walkthrough
